Well, I've been waiting for my Xbox AC adapter and AV Cables to show up (USPS lost the first set I ordered) and they've finally arrived. I plugged in the Xbox 360 and poof it worked. I was a bit shocked to see it.

I decided to send this Xbox 360 to my brother (an avid gamer) and have him test it out for me. I'm thinking there may be an intermittent problem with this 360. For example, the Ring of Death only happens on occasion instead of every time. Because I think repairing a working 360 is a bit off, I'm going to wait this one out and see if any problems come up. I'm also scoping eBay for any other "deals" in hopes to find another 360 to work on.

Status Check:

• October 13th, 2007 - Tested Xbox 360, unable to determine any problems.
• October 19th, 2007 - Took the Xbox 360 to my Brothers house. He's on Video Games 10+ hours a week as I'm on 3 or 4 hrs a month. If it's an intermittent problem he should be able to see it.
• October 26th, 2007 - No problems with the Xbox 360 to date.
