A quick and painless walk through to get a little more spunk out of that Beautiful little box.
The ReadyNAS typically comes with 256 MB. After being on the Web interface and noticing it was a bit sluggish, I started looking around for a Memory Upgrade. I found 1GB for $139.00, after comparing prices I figured this wasn't to bad. I picked it up at http://www.aegis.com
The ReadyNAS is a handy little Network Storage Device. I've been using mine since January, and I love it. There's always something to do with toys like these; so this section is dedicated to Projects and Ideas for the ReadyNAS:

I find these widgets some what interesting. Now, I have to ask myself how difficult is it to really create one. ?? Project, maybe?
The initial Plan; I've love NHB radio (www.nhbradio.com) since I found their automation over a year ago now, but their Web Promotion could use a boost. How about a NHB Streaming Widget? interesting, well to me, at least.
More in the works, now I've got some research to do.
I've found a site (http://www.widgipedia.com) with a bunch of different Web widgets. I thought some of the were pretty interesting. So, I'm adding them to see what I think, and deleting the ones I don't like. If you know of any interesting widgets, let me know, and I'll take a look.
I found this site on Digg.com and thought it was pretty interesting. I've got loads and loads of old computer parts. Wonder how much I could make.

I just stumbled upon this site for installing linux http://www.instalinux.com/
It walks you through creating a custom install; let's you choose the distro and seems to be fairly intuitive. If you're looking to install Linux anytime soon give it a try and let me know how it works.
